Timetabling Officer - Post Diagnostic

Autism SA is a leading provider of services to individuals and families living with Autism in Australia and is seeking to employ an Timetabling Officer - Post Diagnostic to join our Business Support/Infrastructure team.

Experience managing timetables or schedules and the provision of high quality customer service in a friendly, efficient and effective manner is vital to the success of the role. This role requires exceptional administration, time management and organisational skills.

Specifically, the role is responsible and accountable for ensuring timetables are developed in a timely manner in consultation with Autism Spectrum Advisors.

The Timetabling Officer is also responsible for:

  • Ensuring appointments for Post Diagnostic Assessments are made in a timely manner
  • Liaise with individuals/families and other stakeholders to confirm appointments
  • Monitoring and updating the waitlist
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared and forwarded to individuals/families
  • Preparing paperwork and liaising with stakeholders in relation to Mealtime Assessment bookings
  • Entering Facilitator timetables onto the database

Essential:

  • Working in a complex, customer service environment.
  • Working with a range of stakeholders to deliver effective and timely administration services
  • Working with a range of databases
  • Proficient in the basic use of computers

Desirable:

  • Experience in developing timetables and/or schedules in a complex/changing environment.
  • Experience working in the not for profit sector.
  • Experience in a clinical environment and/or within the allied health or disability sector

 

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract initially, with the possibility of extension.

The position will be based in Netley providing services to metropolitan regions within Adelaide.
