We are now seeking to employ a Scheduling Assistant as a part of the Support & Infrastructure department to join the Autism SA family for a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • maintaining waitlists
  • ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared
  • ensuring that timetables are maintained in our database

Essential:

  • Experience in developing timetables and/or schedules in a complex/changing environment
  • Delivering effective and timely administration services
  • Working with a range of databases including Client Records Management Systems

Desirable:

  • Experience in the not for profit sector and an understanding of disability services
  • Experience in a clinical/allied health environment

This position is a 12 month fixed tern contract with the possibility of extension.
