We are now seeking to employ a Customer Relations Officer as a part of the Service Access team to join the Autism SA family for a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Customer Relations Officer – Service Access will be responsible for but not limited to :

Providing a professional, responsive first point of contact for all stakeholders
Providing a follow-up service in order to ensure documentation and information is obtained and correctly managed and controlled
Conducting periodic audits to ensure documentation is received and correctly recorded

Essential:

Providing support and clear and concise information
Working in a fast paced, complex service environment
Working in a customer service environment with a range of stakeholders

Desirable:

Experience in the not for profit sector
Experience in the allied health or disability sector

This position is a 12 month fixed tern contract with the possibility of extension.

The position will be based in Netley.
