We are now seeking to employ a Customer Relations Officer as a part of the Service Access team to join the Autism SA family for a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Customer Relations Officer – Service Access will be responsible for but not limited to :

  • Providing a professional, responsive first point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Providing a follow-up service in order to ensure documentation and information is obtained and correctly managed and controlled
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure documentation is received and correctly recorded

Essential:

  • Providing support and clear and concise information
  • Working in a fast paced, complex service environment
  • Working in a customer service environment with a range of stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience in the not for profit sector
  • Experience in the allied health or disability sector

This position is a 12 month fixed tern contract with the possibility of extension.

The position will be based in Netley.
